To consistently eat clean and freshly prepared food, I avoid eating meat and I try to eat as little fish, cheese, and eggs as possible (maybe once every 2 to 3 months).

I lead a busy lifestyle so it’s important that I eat meals with lots of nutritional value. I need to be fully fueled to make sure I can handle my schedule. This includes a good sleep pattern, a balanced meal plan and daily body movement.

In collaboration with Foodimus, I created a meal plan personalized to you. It’s all about balance, so I make sure I’m constantly eating healthy, with both what I eat and how I eat. For me this starts with listening to my body, with intuitive eating.
